Returns Due To Change Of Mind

If you receive your order and find it is not what you expected, Nafɔlan  will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 10 calendar days of receipt of item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, unopened and in a resellable condition. Please send an email to returns@nafolan.com clearly stating ‘returns’ in the subject line and we will let you know how to proceed. Once a return is approved please send the item back within 7 calendar days.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and you will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

The value of any shipping will not be refunded.

When returning your items, we recommend using a tracked delivery service. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that arrive outside of our returns time frame, or that don’t arrive at all.
